When requested by a customer to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, our shop will disclose it to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify accordingly). However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.

9. Correction of Personal Information

When requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, our shop will conduct a necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, and will correct the content of the personal information based on the results and notify the customer (if we decide not to make the correction, we will notify the customer accordingly). However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.

10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

When requested by a customer to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use, or was acquired by improper means, and it is found that there is a reason for the request, our shop will suspend the use of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves and notify the customer. However, this does not apply when our shop is not obligated to suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws.
